Please note that the cost of the return shipping label and handling will be deducted from your refund amount. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. At this time, we are unable to process gift returns or exchanges.

Print and attach the return shipping label to a box containing the items you are returning. Include a copy of your original order receipt inside the package and drop it off at any UPS Shipping Center. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and processed. Please allow up to 14 days for this process.
International Returns:

Retailer Purchases:

All purchases made on Amazon must be returned and processed through Amazon’s return system. If your product arrives damaged, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for assistance.
AGAD Retail Locations:
Our physical store locations will accept returns only for items purchased at that specific store within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Online purchases cannot be returned at AGAD’s physical locations and must be processed through our website.
Warranty Claims:
Products damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratching), improper care, or misuse are not eligible for replacement. However, items with a manufacturer’s defect may qualify for a replacement. Please review AGAD’s Warranty Policy for more details.
