Drinkware Warranty

AGAD provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for 366 days from the original purchase date when bought from an authorized AGAD retailer or AGAD’s official website.
Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product shows signs of excessive wear or misuse.
The warranty does not cover products that have been altered with third-party modifications after purchase, such as engraving or vinyl monogramming.
Please note that this manufacturer’s warranty does not cover everything. Normal wear and tear, including paint finishes, dents from drops, broken glass, damaged caps due to drops, loss, theft, or any misuse of the product that goes against the care instructions provided (such as improper dishwashing), is not covered. AGAD reserves the right to request images of the product to validate claims when necessary.
If a covered defect is confirmed, AGAD will either replace the product with the same or a comparable item at no cost after a visual inspection or issue store credit for the amount paid if a replacement is not available. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please keep your receipt.
Each product is eligible for only one warranty claim. Items purchased using a warranty code issued from a previous claim are not eligible for further warranty claims.
